Honey Baked Chicken Breast

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over them, making sure they are evenly coated.
- 4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is cooked through.
- 5. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
