It has a rich and thick consistency with a balanced sweetness and tanginess. This versatile sauce is perfect as a marinade or glaze for grilled or roasted meats, such as chicken, pork, or ribs. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for fries, onion rings, or chicken nuggets.
