Honey Chili Roasted Potatoes
These Honey Chili Roasted Potatoes are a delicious blend of sweet and spicy flavors. Perfect as a side dish or snack, these crispy potato wedges are coated in a mixture of honey, chili powder, and other spices, then roasted to perfection.
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, honey, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
