Honey Roasted Almonds

- 2 cups almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, honey, melted butter, and salt. Stir until the almonds are well coated.
- Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the almonds are golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let the honey roasted almonds cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
