Ingredients
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Bring water to a boil.
- Place chamomile tea bag in a cup. We used chamomile lavender tea bags from Good and Gather (a Target brand).
- Pour boiling water over the tea bag.
- Let steep for 5-7 minutes, or until desired strength is reached.
- Remove tea bag and stir in honey and vanilla extract.
- Enjoy!
