This homemade Texas Roadhouse style butter recipe captures the essence of Texan cuisine with its rich and flavorful combination of garlic, onion, and spices. Made with unsalted butter, this spread adds a delicious kick to any bread or roll.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley flakes
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly blended together
- Place the butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper
- Roll it into a log shape, about 2 inches in diameter
- Twist the ends of the plastic wrap or parchment paper to secure the log shape
- Refrigerate the butter log for at least 2 hours to firm up
- Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and slice the butter log into rounds
- Serve the homemade Texas Roadhouse style butter with warm bread or rolls
