Refund policy

 

As long as you haven't used your honey or beeswax, you'll qualify for a full refund. You can start a return at our return center. Once we receive the honey or beeswax and verify the weight, we'll refund your card (it may take a few days to go through). 

Oh, and take your time getting it back to us too. Neither honey nor beeswax expires, so as long as you haven't consumed it, we'll accept it. No rush.

*That said, if you have used our products and don't like something about your order, just email us and we'll make it right.
