Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks (unless we're out of stock).
• We offer free shipping via USPS or UPS.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• We currently only ship within the United States.
• The honey and beeswax pages reflect the live shipping prices for each product, respectfully.

Once we have shipped the product and provided the tracking number, we have completed our product fulfillment. Sperry Honey isn’t liable for lost or stolen packages. Requiring signature upon delivery costs us $4.50 per delivery. If you’d like to require a signature upon delivery, select the "Standard + Signature Required For Delivery" shipping option at checkout.

If a customer believes their package has been stolen, they should call USPS or UPS and file a complaint. Additionally, so long as the customer deems it necessary, they should report the situation to the police, check for security camera footage, and check with close neighbors. If they report lost/stolen purchased goods to USPS or UPS, those carriers may offer relief.
