I make my own lotion due to allergies and of course beeswax is a necessity for good quality lotion especially to use in the winters here in North Dakota. It’s difficult finding good quality beeswax and I am so excited to find a local product. Shipping was fast and the beeswax is wonderful. This is the cleanest, most honey-scented beeswax that I've ever used! Just beautiful stuff for making candles, or added to chapstick and salves. Pictured are most of the candles made from one block, but one candle is missing- my husband was too impatient to try it and that one was burning as the picture was being taken :-). Just plain old cotton macrame cord used as wicks- anybody can make a candle, and using Sperry beeswax means that anybody can make a perfect candle!!

Excellent beeswax. I'm using the beeswax to make sustainable, reusable food wraps (used in place of plastic wrap for storing food). My order was filled and shipped very quickly and the quality was even better than expected. This will now be my go-to supplier for beeswax.

What lovely beeswax! The color is gorgeous, it melts and pours beautifully, and it has a nice honey scent. I bought the 3 lb. block and was able to make five candles with just under 11 oz., which means I have plenty left to make more. *Quarter added for size; 3lb block* This beeswax is AWESOME!! It smells SO good, it's SO real. It smells like honey tastes. I just don't have enough good things to say about this product. I needed some to make a hard perfume so I was worried about quality and wanted something raw and real. This is as real as it gets other than having your own bee farm. It's beautifully purified, not a speck of foreign material to be seen. I cannot wait to use this beeswax. Shipping was really fast and it was packaged well so it wasn't damaged on arrival. I'm contemplating making candles and if I do, I will definitely be ordering the larger blocks from Sperry Honey. Stop searching, you found a good source!

I made 15 emergency candles for the family as gifts for the holidays and I used Hobby Lobby's Country Lane brand beeswax 1:1 with unrefined virgin coconut oil. I needed more wax to make some for myself and tried an 8lb block of this Sperry Beeswax because it was cheaper and sourced locally. As you can see by the picture there is a HUGE difference in the color of these products (Sperry's left, Hobby Lobby right; same 1:1 ratio) and the difference in smell was immediately detected. The Hobby Lobby brand had a faint smell that resembled honey and this Sperry brand has a strong honey odor that is obvious just by being in the room with the open wax block. The difference could not be more clear: Sperry beeswax is the superior product. (I will not notify the family that I gave them gifts made from subpar materials)

I am slow in most things at 73 years old. But I am excited to get to the point where with the help of my candle making granddaughter can help me make mine. The greatest reason I am excited is because I have allergies and can’t be around any other candles she or others make.
