Is Honey Good For Weight Loss?

Eh, sort of… if you want to lose weight, you should cut back on sugar intake in general. But it's definitely better than refined sugar, so I would swap it out if I were you. I'm currently on a 30 day no-sugar kick (but I'm still good with pure honey, pure maple syrup, fruits, etc.), and I can say without refined sugar, I've started to crave less sugar in general. So I would say honey is a good thing to help you get refined sugar out of your diet, but don't eat too much honey to compensate :)
